Ed joined Crown Linen Service in 2008 as part of the route team and was promoted to the position of Service Manager in 2014. His area of focus are continued customer and employee satisfaction, building strong relationships with customers, and finding innovative ways to improve outcomes. Prior to working at Crown, Ed learned customer service during 10 years spent in the bowling industry. He is an avid bowler, accordionist, and enjoys restoring vintage electronic equipment. He and his wife Julie were married in 2015 and live in Florissant, MO.
